Our client, a small friendly firm based in the Covent Garden area are looking to recruit a secretary with legal and property experience as soon as possible. This is a fabulous opportunity as the company are relatively new so its a great chance to get involved from the beginning and be very hands-on. You will grow with the company so this will be extremely rewarding and there will be a great sense of achievement. The company is small at the moment so there will be quieter periods, therefore they are looking for somebody very flexible who can adapt to an ever changing environment ,with fast accurate typing, excellent Microsoft word and excel and really strong organisational and communication skills. Main day to day duties will include audio typing of documents and letters, inputting onto excel, organising meetings and diaries, and general secretarial*admin support.
